This Creator’s Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Popat (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, the event creator (“you” or “Creator”), for using the Popat platform to create, manage, and promote events.

2. Eligibility

By signing up as a Creator, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Event Management

As a Creator, you are solely responsible for the management and execution of your events. This includes:

• Providing accurate and complete event details.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handling attendee inquiries, disputes, and complaints.

4. Payment Terms

Payments collected for tickets or bookings are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to:

• Pay any applicable service fees charged by Popat.
• Ensure timely disbursement of funds to your account, subject to Popat’s payout schedule.
• Be responsible for any refunds or chargebacks associated with your events.

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Is obscene, offensive, or violates community standards.

Popat reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of this agreement.

6. Liability and Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Popat harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your events or activities.
• Violations of this agreement or applicable laws.
• Disputes with attendees or third parties.

Popat is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from your use of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

You grant Popat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your event materials (logos, descriptions, etc.) for promotional purposes.

You retain ownership of your intellectual property but acknowledge Popat’s right to display and promote your events on its platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• You will cease using the platform to create or manage events.
• Outstanding obligations (e.g., payouts, refunds) will remain enforceable.

9. Modifications

Popat reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. We will notify Creators of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
